Usually arrivals begin from 3pm Friday and departures by 10am Friday.
Short lets/long weekends/short breaks are sometimes available.
The Dairy and Garden Cottage rates include gas and standard electricity, there is a charge by meter reading for the dimplex heating (£5.00 minimum) in the Dairy Cottage. Bed linen (except baby linen) and towels/bathmat for two are included but please bring any extra towels and beach towels.
Free parking on site and undercover parking for bicycles.
NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGES PLEASE.
Children welcome in the Dairy Cottage and 1 dog by special arrangement (£20.00 per week)- please phone for details. The Garden cottage has room for a baby if still in a basinet/carry cot.
The Dairy cottage is graded 4 star with the English Tourism Council and Visit Britain and the Garden Cottage is graded with The New Forest Tourism Association. An access statement is available on request.
Many of our visitors return or come by recommendation. Our aim is to be as flexible as possible for you, if you have any questions or special requirements we are only a phone call away.
Note for the Dairy Cottage there should be added £50 refundable security deposit from which the electricity usage is deducted.
